If you want your Athletica workouts to be sent to your Garmin watch, here’s how to enable and configure workout syncing:
Step 1: Connect and Enable Sync

Go to Settings → Connections in your Athletica account.

Click Configure next to your Garmin connection.

Make sure these options are toggled on (as appropriate) to sync your workouts automatically:

✅ Sync swim workouts

✅ Sync bike workouts

✅ Sync run workouts

Step 2: Choose How Your Workouts Are Prescribed (Heart Rate, Power, or Pace)
Athletica allows you to choose whether your workouts sync to Garmin based on power, heart rate, or pace. This determines how your workout targets will appear on your Garmin device.
In the Garmin connection settings under Prescribe workouts by, select your preference:

Optional Settings:

Prefer open warm-up in prescribed workouts

Prefer open cool-down in prescribed workouts
These options give you flexibility if you like to complete warm-ups or cool-downs at your own pace without structured targets.
