Step 1: Access the Workout Builder
- Log in to your Athletica account.
- Click on the plus sign at the bottom of any calendar day
Step 2: Define Workout Parameters
- Enter the workout name, description, and select the type of workout (modality), session aim and day of week (in the current week). You can choose to save it to your library for later.
Step 3: Customize Session Details
- Once created, you can edit or add different segments such as warm-up, main set, and cool-down by clicking on the duration/time of an existing segment or clicking on the small plus sign to add a new segment.
- Adjust the duration, intensity, and specific exercises for each segment.
Step 4: Save and Add to Your Library
- Save your custom workout.
- Choose to add to your Library if you wish to reuse again.
Tips:
- Use the "Copy Workout" feature to duplicate and modify existing workouts for variety.
- Save to and add from your library for favorite workout sessions.
