1. Refresh Your Browser or App
It sounds simple, but a refresh often clears temporary hiccups.
- Web: Click the refresh button or press Ctrl + R (Windows) / Command + R (Mac).
- App: Close and reopen the Athletica app.
2. Clear Your Cache and Cookies
Stored data can cause weird behavior (like old pages, login issues, or workouts not syncing).
- Instructions vary by device and browser.
- The easiest way: Google “Clear cache + [your browser or device name]” and follow the steps.
3. Try a Different Browser or Device
- Athletica works best on Google Chrome and Safari.
- If something looks off on your usual browser, try opening Athletica in another one.
- For mobile, check that your iOS or Android version is up to date.
4. Log Out and Back In
A fresh login resets your session and can clear temporary glitches.
5. Update the Athletica App
