The Workout Wizard provides alternate training sessions for most prescribed workout on Athletica to enable improved navigation of training to fit your context. Alternate options remain catered to you and only minimally affect the rest of your training plan. These include:
- shorter sessions for time-crunched situations
- longer sessions for those who want more
- variation in the format so you’re not always getting “that same old session”
- easier training options when you aren’t feeling “pep in your step”
- more challenging training options when you feel energized
- recovery session alternatives for injury
To access Workout Wizard, click on the green button at the bottom of any future session and you will be presented with 2 or more tabs of alternative workouts.
