Overview
The Athletica mobile app is designed to make it easy for you to manage your training on the go. It supports the most important day-to-day functions—but some features and settings are still only available on the full web app.
This guide outlines what you can do in the mobile app today, and what still requires a visit to the Athletica web platform.
What You Can Do in the Mobile App
The mobile app is built for convenience, helping you stay consistent and engaged with your training plan. You can:
-
Plan and adjust your training week
Move, delete, or add workouts to your calendar using drag-and-drop, the Workout Wizard, or the Library. -
Preview your upcoming sessions
View the session overview, workout steps, and objectives before you train. -
Review completed workouts
See key stats, metrics, and your AI Coach’s post-workout summary to understand how things went and add your subjective feedback on the session. -
Receive AI Coach notifications
Get personalized check-ins, guidance, and reminders to help keep you on track.
What You Still Need the Web App For
While the mobile app covers most daily actions, there are still some features that require using Athletica on your browser:
-
Changing your overall training plan or event goals
-
Adjusting advanced settings like sport availability or training hours
-
Changing device/watch sync settings
-
Accessing in-depth charts, graphs, and long-term training insights
-
Creating or editing sessions
You can always access the full web experience by visiting app.athletica.ai on your phone or desktop browser.
