If you completed a workout but didn’t record it using your watch or device—for example, a swim or strength session—you can manually add your workout data directly in Athletica. This feature is currently available on the web app only (not yet on the mobile app).
How to Manually Add Data to a Workout

Log in to your Athletica account at:
https://app.athletica.ai/login -
Locate the workout on your training calendar that you completed but did not track.

Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the workout card.

From the dropdown menu, select “Add data.”

A window will appear allowing you to manually enter the workout details:

Duration
-
Distance (if applicable)
-
Perceived effort (RPE)

Comments about how the session went

Any other available data fields

Click Save when you’re done.
FAQ
Q: Can I manually add data from the mobile app?
Not yet. This feature is currently only available when logged into the web app via your desktop or mobile browser.
Q: Can I manually add data for workouts that were not originally in my plan?
At the moment, the manual "Add data" feature is for planned workouts already on your calendar. If you want to add an entirely new session, use the “Add workout” feature from your calendar view.
