We are working on creating a centralized and searchable library of workouts for all users to pick from. In the mean time, if you want to add a specific workout that you have done before, say a 5 km run time trial or FTP test on the bike, you can add this by searching back in your training calendar for the workout, saving it to your library and then adding it from your library to the day of your choosing.
Here are the detailed instructions:
- Find the workout you want, click on the Session Options menu and select Save to library
- Navigate to the date you want to add the session to and click on the Add from library icon
- Find the session in the list (the most recently saved will be at the bottom of the list) and check the box and press Add Selected
- And that's it! Your selected session should appear on the specified day in your calendar
Always remember, if you just want a little variety or more or less intense session, you can always try the Workout Wizard.
