Sometimes system updates or other glitches with Garmin, Strava or Athletica can cause problems with your data connection to Garmin or Strava. Disconnecting and reconnecting your account is a quick and
easy way to fix most of these issues.
The process is the same for Garmin and Strava, but we'll use Garmin as the example.
First disconnect your Garmin account by going into Settings/Connections and click on the red link icon on the right side:
Then click on the blue icon next to Garmin to relink your Garmin account:
That will take you to the sign in page for your Garmin account and then the permissions page for Athletica to access this information. Please make sure these permissions are all switched on and press save and then agree to connect with Athletica.
